Location: Hinton, WV with ASP
Registration Dates: December 12 – January 23
Cost: $400 for first student, $200 for each additional student (applies to both ASP trips). Deposit and paperwork due at registration. Full payment due April 22.
Required Paperwork: Medical release and insurance form*, copy of front and back of insurance card, medication authorization form, code of conduct
* Must be notarized.
Required Parent Meeting – Sunday, April 22nd
