Summer is approaching and we are excited to serve another year with our long-term ministry partners, Appalachia Service Project (ASP). This is an amazing experience for High School Students travel to a poverty stricken area of Appalachia and spend the week making homes warmer, safer, and drier for families who need a helping hand. Location: Jonesville, VA
Cost: $475 for first student, $100 off for each additional student (applies to both ASP trips). $200 deposit or full payment due at registration. Remaining balance due April 19
Required Paperwork: Forms can be printed at the links below or they can be picked up from the table outside the Student Ministries Office.
Please note that your registration is not complete until a deposit or full payment is received, the online registration form is submitted, and ALL paperwork is filled out completely, notarized and turned in. We currently do not have a notary in the Student Ministries Office. Cancellations made by March 1 will receive a full refund. After March 1st the deposit is non-refundable.
These forms are valid from June 1, 2020- May 31, 2021. The hold harmless/photo release form is valid until terminated in writing.
